Roasting coffee is understood as an art and a means of developing the full flavour out of the coffee bean. Due to coffee being an agricultural product affected by different seasonal conditions as well as each coffee having a different size, shape, colour and density the coffee during the roasting process requires different applications of heat and timing to unleash the full potential of a beans origin flavour. It%u2019s the difference between a chef and a machine cooking your food. A machine is going to repeat the same thing every time, without any subtle nuances. We focus on getting the most out of the coffee, emphasizing the individual coffee characteristics that are unique to each coffee. By roasting in small batches we are also able to maintain peak freshness.
